PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days.
We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during holidays or due to carrier issues.


ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Aiku Superfoods is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then reach out to us at contact@aikusuperfoods.com — we’ll do our best to assist you.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.
We’ll work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
