If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at contact@aikusuperfoods.com.
We’re happy to issue a refund within 60 days of your initial purchase.
We strongly recommend that you contact us before initiating a return to ensure proper processing of your refund. If you return items without notifying us first, it may be difficult to identify your order, which could delay or even void your refund.
Please note that if you ship items to an incorrect address without first contacting us for return instructions, we cannot take responsibility for refunding or reshipping those items.
To qualify for a return, all items in your order must be returned in their original packaging. This includes bags of Focus Coffee, Mushroom Creamer, or any other Aiku Superfoods products, as well as accessories such as the scoop or frother, if applicable.
You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
If you ordered multiple bags and opened or consumed more than one, only the first bag of Focus Coffee will be eligible for a refund. Additional opened bags will not qualify for reimbursement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
We cannot process refunds for products returned more than 60 days after the initial purchase date — no exceptions.
We also do not accept returns of opened products after the first order.
Please note that the money-back guarantee applies only to your first subscription order, not to one-time purchases or subsequent shipments.
